Multi-Stakeholder Policy

Multi-Stakeholder Policy

In the Company's corporate management, we recognize that value co-creation with a wide range of stakeholders—not only shareholders, but also employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities—is essential. Based on this recognition, we are committed to appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Furthermore, we believe that appropriately distributing the revenues and outcomes generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to these stakeholders is vital for maintaining the momentum of wage increases and contributing to the sustainable development of the economy. From this perspective, we consider it important to return value to employees and to take into account the needs of our business partners, and we will promote the following initiatives.

1. Returning Value to Employees

The Company will focus our management resources on growth areas and strive to achieve sustainable growth and productivity improvement through initiatives such as employee skill development and capacity building, thereby maximizing added value. Based on the revenues and outcomes generated, the Company will raise wages in accordance with the “Fundamental Principles of Wage Determination” and in ways appropriate to the Company’s situation. In addition, as part of comprehensive improvements in treatment, the Company will actively promote initiatives—particularly in education and training—that enhance employee engagement and further improve productivity, with the aim of achieving continuous returns to employees.
(Specific measures)
Specifically, the Company will engage in sincere dialogue between labor and management regarding wage increases and work toward the continuous improvement of base salaries. In terms of human capital investment, the Company aims to realize employee well-being by creating an environment that supports autonomous learning and respects diversity, thereby enabling employees to drive transformation and growth themselves. Through dialogue between employees and management, the Company also seeks to deepen mutual trust and enhance engagement.

2. Consideration for Business Partners

The Company will continue to adhere to the commitments set forth in the Partnership Building Declaration.
In the event that the Partnership Building Declaration is withdrawn, the Company will voluntarily retract the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
