The ASKA Pharmaceutical Holdings Group Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “the Guidelines”) set forth the rules for using the official social media accounts operated by the Group (hereinafter referred to as “Official Accounts”). By using the Official Accounts (including all actions such as posting, publishing, or providing content, as well as simple browsing), you are deemed to have agreed to both the terms of use established by each social media operator and to these Guidelines.
Note: In these Guidelines, the “ASKA Pharmaceutical Holdings Group” refers to ASKA Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd., ASKA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., ASKA Animal Health Co., Ltd., and ASKA Pharmaceutical Medical Co., Ltd.

Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited when using the Official Accounts. If a user engages in any prohibited act, the Group may, without prior notice, restrict use of the Official Accounts and, if necessary, take legal measures, including seeking damages.
- Impersonating the Group, its affiliates, or any third party.
- Disclosing, leaking, or identifying personal information of the Group’s affiliates or any third party.
- Infringing upon the rights of the Group, its affiliates, or any third party (including intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.).
- Defaming, damaging the reputation, or slandering the Group, its affiliates, or any third party.
- Acts that cause or may cause disadvantage to the Group, its affiliates, or any third party (including posting or inducing harmful computer programs, or obstructing the operation of the Official Accounts).
- Acts that may cause discomfort to other users (including obscene, violent, cruel, or discriminatory expressions).
- Political, electoral, or religious activities, or similar acts.
- Criminal acts or acts that may induce crime.
- Altering information obtained via the Official Accounts.
- Obvious pranks or meaningless acts (e.g., empty posts, meaningless strings of characters, repeated spam posts of similar content).
- Acts for commercial purposes benefiting oneself or third parties (including advertising, solicitation, promotion of other companies’ names/products, or affiliate marketing).
- Any fraudulent acts defined by each SNS operator.
- Acts contrary to laws, regulations, ethics, or public order and morals, or acts likely to do so.
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Group.
Notes Regarding Pharmaceutical Laws and Regulations
The Official Accounts are not intended for the advertisement of prescription medicines or the reporting of adverse events (including side effects). The following types of posts will be deleted without notice:
- Posts containing the names (brand or generic) of prescription medicines.
- Posts containing adverse events or side effects related to products of the Group or other companies.
- Posts related to off-label use of products of the Group or other companies.
- Posts including advice on health or medical care.
- Any other posts that may violate applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the quality, efficacy, and safety of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Access to User Information by the Group
By using the Official Accounts, users are deemed to have consented to the Group accessing publicly available information such as their account and profile details.
Handling of Personal Information
When personal information is obtained from users, it will be appropriately managed in accordance with the Group’s Privacy Policy（https://www.aska-pharma-hd.co.jp/english/privacy.html）
Changes to the Guidelines
The Group reserves the right to change these Guidelines without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified by the Group, such changes shall take effect once published on the Official Accounts, and users will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Guidelines.
Damages and Injunction
If a user violates these Guidelines, they will be liable for any damages incurred by the Group as a result. The Group reserves the right to seek an injunction against any actions that violate, or may violate, these Guidelines.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Guidelines shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Official Accounts or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
Please note that the Official Accounts are operated by each SNS operator. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding system issues of the SNS itself, technical questions, or functions provided by third-party applications available on SNS platforms.
